Shipping and Payment

Each product has a sheet in which is specified the description and its sale price with Taxes included.

The final acquisition price or shipment costs may vary depending on the destination area. It is due to the costs being able to vary based on geographical zone. In any case, once the customer indicates the delivery address and payment method, the web page will offer the exact price. Anyway, before accepting an order, the Customer will be informed of all existing costs and exact prices.

Arcus Hobby Store offers Free Shipping to all those customers who fulfill a minimum order as follows:

Listed below are the minimum purchase amount for our products to qualify for shipping:

- European Union: From 100 USD

- Rest of the world: From 100 USD

Dear customers, when ordering more than 3kg please contact the support service arcus.trade@gmail.com. The order will be processed individually.

The minimum amount (subtotal amount) set up by Arcus Hobby Store to finish your web order is 10 USD. **Important: If your cart does not reach this amount, you will not be able to finish your order**

Once your order is placed, there is a time frame to cancel the order until it starts being handled by our warehouse staff. This can be done through “My Accounts/orders”.  Once the processing status changes, the cancellation option will disappear and orders could not be canceled. Please keep in mind that orders cannot be modified or combined once they are placed. If you need to modify the content of your order, please cancel the existing one and place a new order with the correct items and quantities.

The final price is shown on the web page at the time of order, once a payment method and delivery address are established.

Arcus Hobby Store will not be responsible for orders not containing a real contact telephone/email contact. This required field in the order is needed by the courier service to contact the customer to deliver the parcel.

Arcus Hobby Store reserves the right not to accept orders addressed to a P.O. BOX and they could be canceled.

Arcus Hobby Store reserves the right to deny the service or cancel an order/account to anyone breaching our shipping or payment policies and goodwill.

If your order contains a “Pre-Order product “, the complete order (all products together) will be shipped once the Pre-Order product is available in stock (please check the Pre-Order product release date on its product page). Pre-Orders can not be canceled at any time.

Orders can’t be modified once they have been processed and paid. Please make sure to include all the products you need and place a single order for all of them. We won’t be able to combine or alter orders once they are placed. If your order has not changed its status and our warehouse staff has not started preparing it yet, you will have the option to cancel it from “My Account/Orders” and you will be able to place a new and correct order.

All published prices on arcus-hobby.store are in USD and taxes are included. Incorrect prices will be updated as soon as the mistake will be detected. PE ORLOV MYKHAILO reserves the right to modify prices at any moment and modify or cancel any order which has products with incorrect prices by previous notice to the customer and offering a friendly alternative for both parts for the sake of its resolution.

The moment in which the payment is made is when the purchase is materialized and the order is duly registered.

PE ORLOV MYKHAILO will make available to the client different secure payment methods, among which are:

- Payment by visa/master card

Arcus Hobby Store can expand or reduce the number of payment methods at any time.

Arcus Hobby Store does not accept any other payment methods other than those mentioned above.

The customer will select the payment method chosen from those available at the time of purchase.

The delivery times of the orders depend on the geographical location of the delivery of the order:

- Orders are dispatched within 5 days of payment.
- The delivery period depends on the geographical location of the buyer, it usually takes 1-4 weeks (depending on the destination country)

However, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation and will only empower the Customer to cancel the order when the circumstances described in the ‘RETURNS’ section of these conditions occur. Any penalty clause for the delay introduced by the Client in his order is without effect. Both parties expressly exclude the exercise of any claim for loss of profit.

Orders will be delivered by the transport company to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the person who has established themselves as the recipient.

In addition to the delivery note, a purchase invoice will be delivered to the Customer with each order, either within the shipping packaging or together with the product sent. In some cases, it will be sent via email.

If the invoice is missing, the Client may request it by email to the address arcus.trade@gmail.com, indicating the name of the invoice holder and the order number, and it will be sent to the indicated email address.

In the event that any order suffers any impediment or impediment in the processing, Arcus Hobby Store will contact the client through the email indicated in the order in question. Please, check your email at least 24/48 hours after placing your order.

We do not trade and do not deliver products to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria, as well as to Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea!
