A-14 Steel Color Guide:

• An authentic Soviet WW2 aircraft interior gray color (Rus: Стальная [stɐˈlʲnajə], meaning literally: Steel).
• Since the mid-1930s, A-14 enamel has been used to paint aircraft interiors. During field repairs, it could be applied to all types of surfaces such as metal, wood, and even fabric trim.
• A-14 was used to paint the fuselage interior, crew cabins, airframe, undercarriage, engine bays, flaps, etc.
• Note that even though the paint is labeled 'Steel', it is actually just a gray shade without any metallic sheen. This is only the official designation of the color.
