Hey, fellow modelers!
Brushes ready? It’s time for the Arcus BIG FAN 2025 contest! Whether you’re a veteran or a newbie, it’s your moment to shine. Get those models primed, grab your favorite Arcus paints, and show us what you’ve got. This year, we’re going bigger with prizes and recognition—get in on the action!
When’s it happening? The contest runs from October 20, 2024, through February 1, 2025. That’s plenty of time to finish up a current project or spruce up an older model and make it a stunner.
How to join the fun? Easy! Send us a batch of high-quality photos of your finished model—any scale, any subject, as long as you’re using Arcus paints. Make sure to cover all angles, highlight the details, and keep those shots sharp. We’ll need enough photos to feature you in upcoming articles. Fresh builds and old favorites are both welcome, but note that entries from last year’s Arcus BIG FAN or models already featured in our gallery aren’t eligible this time.
What’s in it for you? We’ve got some sweet rewards lined up—gift certificates for our online shop, arcus-hobby.store:

How to submit? Email your photos to arcushobby1@gmail.com by 11:59 PM GMT on February 1, 2025. Include a brief write-up about your build—how you tackled it, what inspired you, or any cool techniques you used. The write-up can be in whatever language you’re most comfortable with. Make sure to include your name (or nickname) and where you’re from (just the country is fine).
Standout entries might get featured in our online gallery—showcasing your work for the community to admire.
By sending in your photos, you’re giving us the thumbs-up to publish them and use your name (or nickname) on our website and social channels.
The contest organizers have the final say on which entries make the cut.
