Paint Set 7011: UAF Ukrainian Pixel Flankers

In 2012, at the state aircraft repair plant "MiGremont" in Zaporizhzhia, the Su-27 fighters, also known as Flankers by NATO classification (NATO code: Flanker), of the Ukrainian Air Force (Ukrainian: PSU, "Повітряні Сили України") underwent significant modernization and received unique pixel camouflage predominantly in blue and light blue shades. This modernization included upgrades to avionics, radar systems, and engine improvements, ensuring the Su-27's combat effectiveness in modern aerial warfare.

Participation of Su-27 in the Russo-Ukrainian War

During the Russo-Ukrainian War, the Su-27 played a crucial role. Adorned with digital camouflage, these fighters stood on the front line, confronting Russian aggressors in the air. Guide to Using the "Ukrainian Air Force Ukrainian Pixel Flankers" Paint Set

Pixel camouflage was first applied to several Ukrainian Su-27 aircraft in 2012 after their modernization to the 27S1M/P1M and UB1M/UP1M standards at the state aircraft repair plant "MiGremont" in Zaporizhzhia. This camouflage was then applied to the rest of the Ukrainian Su-27s in service.
