RAL 7038 Agate Gray Color Guide:

• According to some sources, RAL 7038 Achatgrau is the closest analog of Hellgrau 50, a color used for painting superstructures of pre-WW2 and early war German surface vessels.
• RAL 7038 Achatgrau was used by the German Luftwaffe in several experimental aircraft camouflage schemes in the late 1980s.
• RAL 7038 Agate Gray, along with RAL 7043 Traffic Gray, RAL 7037 Dusty Gray, and RAL 7040 Window Gray is used by the Ukrainian Air Force in gray-pixel camouflage schemes. RAL 7038 is the lightest color of this camouflage, even RAL 7001 of the lower surfaces looks darker than that.
